Public NoticesDiscriminationThe Entiat School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation including gender expression or identity, the pressure of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. Discrimination regarding access to all district programs and activities is included in this prohibition. The Entiat School District also prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex as it applies to counseling and guidance services to students, recreational and athletic activities for students, access to course offerings, and in textbooks and instructional materials used by students. The District also prohibits sexual harassment.
