    The Entiat School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, sexual orientation including gender expression or identity, the pressure of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.  Discrimination regarding access to all district programs and activities is included in this prohibition.  The Entiat School District also prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex as it applies to counseling and guidance services to students, recreational and athletic activities for students, access to course offerings, and in textbooks and instructional materials used by students.  The District also prohibits sexual harassment.  Persons needing to report discrimination described above should contact the Affirmative Action/Title IX Compliance Officer/Section 504 Coordinator at (509)784-1800.

    Washington State law provides citizens with the opportunity to review policies, procedures, evaluations, plans and reports related to special education and to participate or provide input regarding the planning and operation of the district's special education program.  The following statements specifically address these opportunities.
    Any application and any required policies, procedures, evaluations, plans, and reports relating to the district's special education program are available for public review and comment through the Entiat School District's special education and superintendent offices.  Please contact the Director of Special Education at (509)784-1800 for further information.

    Language Assistance
    Please note that Entiat School District is committed to providing free language assistance services to our parents and students.  If you need a school-related document translated, or if you would like interpretation services for a school-related meeting, please do not hesitate to contact the school or district to request those services.
    Filing a Grievance
